Cosford Container Park, one of Singapore's biggest food and beverage container parks, is set to launch in the third quarter of 2023. Tee Tree Investments Pte. Ltd. has allocated more than S$3 million for the redevelopment of the site near Changi Airport, which was previously used to store heavy artillery during World War II. The park will cover an area of 38,000 square feet and will feature 13 container units that have been specially designed and outfitted for use in the food and beverage industry.
According to Ant Tee, the director of Tee Tree Investments, "We aspire to create a space that goes beyond just the food, with lifestyle spaces and a touch of immersive art and entertainment experiences with a festival vibe”.
At the upcoming F&B park, visitors can expect to enjoy delectable cuisine while basking in a picturesque setting featuring indoor and outdoor seating areas that can accommodate more than 340 patrons. Additionally, the park will feature a range of entertainment options, including an adult slide and an outdoor performance stage with a digital screen. One of the park's unique selling points is its stunning location, which overlooks Changi Airport's landing strip, making it the perfect spot for Instagram-worthy dining experiences.
Cosford Container Park is said to open seven days a week, operating from 11am to 1am on weekdays and 8am to 2am on weekends once it is launched.
