Among the highlights is the Hiyashi Ramen, featuring Hiyashi Chuka—a Japanese chilled noodle dish. This delightful creation includes crunchy sliced cucumber, chicken ham, beancurd tofu, crab meat, and special thick and chewy cold noodles. For those seeking a savory kick, the Zaru Ramen offers thick and chewy cold noodles paired with an umami-rich shoyu dipping broth, accompanied by minced white radish, Japanese leeks, and a side of wasabi.
