The luxury fashion brand, Coach, has partnered with Brawn & Brains to launch this unique cafe as part of a special concept called Coach Play Singapore. The Coach's latest concept store beckons you to indulge in a unique experience where the vibrant New York vibe and local charm converge.
Coach Cafe aims to offer a delectable experience with handcrafted coffee and classic New York-style bites. Coach Cafe offers a range of breakfast options available throughout the day, such as the Classic Pancakes with house-made kaya, maple syrup, and mixed berries jam, the Chicken & Waffles served with crispy chicken, toasted waffles, and a drizzle of chili honey and maple syrup, and the Avocado Toast, a delicious combination of fresh avocado, tomato confit, feta cheese, and mixed mesclun on whole wheat toast.
For those seeking something more substantial, Coach Cafe's menu also features mains like the All American Cheeseburger, which comes with a griddled beef patty, tomato, lettuce, red cheddar, pickles, and a homemade brioche bun, served with curly fries on the side. Alternatively, if you're looking for a healthier option, you can opt for the Caesar Salad, made with Romaine lettuce, croutons, boiled egg, parmesan cheese, and homemade Caesar dressing with anchovies.
Coach Cafe offers a range of delectable desserts including donuts, cakes, and pastries to round off your meal. From 6pm onwards, a dessert menu is available, featuring unique delights such as Dream It Real S'mores and The Big Apple Crumble Pie with Ice Cream.
