At the heart of their menu is the acclaimed Signature Bu Jian Tian Char Siew Wanton Noodles, boasting the finest Char Siew Cut. The dish tantalizes with plump Wantons, fresh Kai Lan, crispy Fried Wantons, flavorful Pork Lard, zesty Pickled Green Chilis, delightful Sweet Lava Egg, and Springy QQ Noodles, all embraced in an Umami-packed Special Gravy for a truly unforgettable taste adventure. The perfectly caramelized Char Siew, tender and well-seasoned Wantons, and the smoky sweetness of the Wanton Mee sauce create a symphony of flavors, each bite brings a delightful journey from start to finish. To complement the noodles, the Collagen Rich Pork Bones & Scallop Broth provides a rich and creamy essence, carefully boiled for over 24 hours to extract the natural sweetness of the scallops.
