Laifaba brings the taste of heritage to the present with their recreated wanton noodles, inspired by Madam Yong Soy Fan's original recipe from the 1970s when she was a street hawker. Each serving of their "traditional wanton noodles" carries a piece of history, encapsulating the heartwarming "taste of home" that pays tribute to Singapore's earliest hawker food culture. As they continue their culinary journey, Laifaba stays true to their philosophy of preserving authentic flavors and traditional cooking techniques while embracing contemporary approaches and the use of premium-quality, ethically sourced, and sustainable ingredients, promising a remarkable dining experience.

At the heart of their menu is the acclaimed Signature Bu Jian Tian Char Siew Wanton Noodles, boasting the finest Char Siew Cut. The dish tantalizes with plump Wantons, fresh Kai Lan, crispy Fried Wantons, flavorful Pork Lard, zesty Pickled Green Chilis, delightful Sweet Lava Egg, and Springy QQ Noodles, all embraced in an Umami-packed Special Gravy for a truly unforgettable taste adventure. The perfectly caramelized Char Siew, tender and well-seasoned Wantons, and the smoky sweetness of the Wanton Mee sauce create a symphony of flavors, each bite brings a delightful journey from start to finish. To complement the noodles, the Collagen Rich Pork Bones & Scallop Broth provides a rich and creamy essence, carefully boiled for over 24 hours to extract the natural sweetness of the scallops.

Completing the delectable spread are some delightful sides, such as the tantalizing Shrimp Dumplings with a medley of garlic, ginger, vinegar, and soy sauce. The dumplings feature a juicy shrimp paste, harmoniously combined with black fungus, chives, and finely minced carrot, creating a delightful interplay of textures. Paired with the tantalizing garlic-vinegar sauce, each bite is a match made in culinary heaven. Another crowd-pleaser on the menu is the mouthwatering Prawn Paste Chicken, boasting a crispy, succulent, and aromatic goodness that leaves a lasting impression on the palate, offering a perfect balance of flavors to satiate any craving.

Laifaba embraces its roots while embracing innovation, offering a culinary experience that honors tradition yet delights with contemporary creativity, leaving diners with a taste of nostalgia and a heart filled with culinary joy.
