Guriru is a delightful culinary collaboration between Anagram Food Lab and the renowned Chef Teppei Yamashita. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Japanese Hamayaki, or fisherman's grill, Guriru adds its unique twist to this time-honored practice. The concept is simple yet brilliantly satisfying – select your choice of the freshest seafood, and watch as it's expertly grilled to perfection, requiring minimal seasoning to preserve the pure, unadulterated flavors.

Seafood enthusiasts are in for a treat, with options like the lusciously grilled Gindara, also known as the Black Cod. The sight of the tender white filet acquiring tantalizing golden hues over the charcoal fire is a prelude to its succulent, smoky, and utterly irresistible taste.

For fans of the ocean's bounty, the Black Tiger Prawns present themselves in two flavors: Garlic Butter or a delicate sprinkling of salt. These prawns, seared to perfection, promise a symphony of flavors that will delight your taste buds.

The Hyogo Oyster is a must-try, available in various preparations. You can savor it raw with homemade ponzu sauce for a refreshing experience, or opt to have it grilled with butter or the original syoyu sauce. The choice allows for the balancing of flavors, or if you prefer, grilling to reduce the natural brininess.

As for meat enthusiasts, Guriru has some enticing options to satiate your cravings. The Hitachi A4 Wagyu Beef is a true masterpiece of flavor and tenderness, each bite seared to perfection. You can savor it with garlic chips or opt for a light salt grilling, which enhances the natural richness of this premium meat.

The Kurobuta Pork Belly is a slow-cooked delight, spending 4 hours in the preparation. It's finished with homemade Yakitori sauce or lightly salted for a remarkable flavor experience that will satisfy your inner foodie.

In the realm of mains, the Wagyu Garlic Fried Rice stands out, wok-fried in wagyu fat, and paired with stewed wagyu beef, available in both spicy and non-spicy versions.

Alternatively, you can indulge in the King Prawn Carbonara, a creamy pasta bursting with umami flavors, and served with charred king prawns. Guriru truly offers a delectable selection that caters to both seafood and meat lovers alike, and is an experience of culinary excellence not to be missed.
