Nestled in the lively restaurant scene of Tanjong Pagar, the establishment formerly known as Milano Pizza & Wine has undergone a transformation and emerged as the modern osteria, Buca Buca. Buca Buca has retained the crowning jewel of Milano Pizza and Wine, its renowned neo-neapolitan sourdough pizzas crafted using unique dough techniques by the esteemed pizza consultant, Anthony Falco. However, it has expanded its offerings to include a diverse array of delectable pastas, antipasti, mains, and desserts, providing a tantalizing journey through the richness of Italian cuisine.

Kickstart your culinary adventure with the Garlic and Mozzarella Cheesy Milky Buns, where fluffy rolls are generously filled with melted cheese and fragrant herbs. The combination of mozzarella and garlic butter creates an irresistible indulgence.

For a simple yet powerful flavor experience, delve into the 40-clove Rigatoni Pomodoro Sauce. This dish combines San Marzano Tomato, Confit Garlic, and Fresh Basil Parmigiano Reggiano, resulting in a hearty red sauce infused with the sweetness of plump tomatoes and the richness of sweet garlic, all harmoniously entwined with perfectly al dente handmade pasta.

Undoubtedly, the Sicilian grandma pizza is a must-try. Originating from Italian immigrants in New York, Buca Buca's rendition is a labor-intensive 2-inch thick pie. It undergoes a meticulous process of folding, resting, and folding again every two hours over a 24-hour period, resulting in a light and airy naturally fermented sourdough masterpiece. These pizzas are divided into four squares, with topping choices like freshly shaved Truffle Burrata, the beloved Mortadella & Burrata, or the unique Spicy Honey & Soppressata .

The Truffle Burrata pizza is a delightful masterpiece, boasting a combination of truffle cream, mozzarella, truffle burrata, and freshly shaved black truffle. Its flavor is a refreshing indulgence, complemented by the nutty aroma of the truffle shavings. Meanwhile, the Mortadella & Burrata pizza offers a subtly tangy profile, generously adorned with creamy burrata cheese and mortadella, delivering a palate-pleasing creamy delight. As for the Spicy Honey & Soppressata pizza, it features soppressata, spicy honey, Milano's flavor bomb sauce, caciocavallo, mozzarella, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano, achieving a well-balanced and flavorful blend of salty and sweet notes.

Conclude your culinary journey with the Tiramisu Pie, a perfectly creamy dessert where the ladyfingers provide a delightful coffee flavor without overwhelming the palate. The dessert's biscuit-like base adds a satisfying crunch to the overall experience.
